In 2013 Chris left a 100 hour per week job as an IT executive. While renovating some houses (property is a long time passion for Chris) he looked back on life at his achievements and failures, how he got there, what he did and what he believed. This led to writing a book on Goal Setting called Goal Setting for People Who Can't Set Goals. Chris delved into what worked for him, and backed it up with the neuroscience research. Chris now speaks, coaches and teaches goal setting techniques and neuro-tricks.

Chris is still in IT, doing the occasional project management gig, but his main focus outside of goal setting is property development.

Chris has a degree in electrical engineering, and MBA, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management and the Australian Institute of Management."
