In this episode I want to share one of my core beliefs that has got me through many challenges - the belief that I can make it work when faced with a lack of funds, shortage of time or something new and unknown. I believe wholeheartedly that I'll find a way.

What You Will Learn In This Episode:

- How having the belief that you can make it work makes you more creative

- What a “could do” list is, and how it helps you come up with new options

- The connection between confidence and trust

- How trusting yourself to do the hard things helps build “I can make it work” attitude

I encourage you to reflect on your successes every single day. Take a few minutes before you go to sleep to reflect positively on your day. Remind yourself of the moments when you showed up for yourself and for others, of every win big and small, and of every time that you did make it work.

Resources:

- Everything Is Figureoutable, a book by Marie Forleo

- Episode 06 Letting Go of Perfectionism
