You Like What You See in the Mirror but, Not in Pictures.
‼️This is not a, “body hate thing”. It’s a “way you hold your body hate thing”.
Which you can change by bringing awareness to the differences between when stand in front of a mirror & when you stand to take a picture.
Is it your posture? The way you tilt your head? How you hold your arm? The angle of your hips? Do you stand on one hip?
Whatever the difference, work on feeling* the way you want to hold your body in the mirror so you easily hold this position for pictures.
Feeling my body in the positions I feel most confident in is something I work on daily so I’m proud of every picture I take; on stage & off.
