Do Difficult Conversation Introduce Anxiety, Silence or Both?
Manage episode 339440085 series 3374271
Welcome Back!
In this week's episode, I share my thoughts about feeling like I'm hurting people more than I am helping or healing them, as Im healing. It's a hard place to be, but I'm here. some steps I've grown prey to is to
Forgive yourself for your past. "You are not your past." Release it and move on with clarity and awareness. Trauma has a way of imprisoning us. Though at times we need to protect ourselves, we still need to forgive ourselves.
Release yourself from the bondage and control of your triggers. (the places or people you are reacting to.)
"These people, places, things, etc. weren't there yesterday, so you can not allow them to be today either."
Forgive yourself for what you have been through. "Your past does not define you!"
Connect with yourself spiritually. "You are connected to everything and NOT separate from anything."
