If you live long enough, you start to notice how things come in and out of fashion, and then come in and out of fashion again… and again…

It’s one of the nice thigns about aging, I think. It makes it easier to avoid getting too excited abou t the latest this or the trendiest that, because you’ve learned by now that if you miss one trend, there’s always another round coming up later.

Well, it’s like that for fitness over 50 in 2023, according to market watchers who have decided that the fourth and fifth biggest trends in fitness surround this demographic – a return to how things were the last few years before the pandemic. What does this mean for you and your bsiness? Why should you care about this trend or any other?
