Has the word burnout crossed your mind or your heart lately? I used to hear this word and wonder about it until I started to FEEL it. It was there when I felt tanked after a workout, when I felt like my afternoons were spent in a fog, when all I was looking forward to was going to bed at night, and when waking up felt like a chore. I wanted to make changes but I had this guilt that weighed heavy on my mind any time I took time for myself.
