We start by discussing our experiences with cleansing and fasting and the importance of doing it for the right reasons. In part 2, we're joined by Doctor Eduardo Corassa, a nutritionist and health coach from Brazil who advocates a whole food, plant-based diet.

You’ll want to hear his story of how he went from living on junk food and having multiple health issues to healing himself with water fasting.

He’s now a raw vegan frugivore and he explains the science behind his choices and the impact this diet can have on our health – even if we just dip in and dip out.
