Hello friends, welcome to the show. I hope you all enjoyed a wonderful summer. If it was anything like mine, you were probably super busy with sports, vacations, family events and getting outside. I’m sure all of you are excited for football season, basketball is right around the corner, school is starting and fall is in the air.

I’ve been quite busy on the rehab and training side of things. I am now working with athletes remotely. If you are someone who wants to get rid of your knee pain, improve your strength numbers or get in a better routine at the gym, just send me a DM on Instagram or Twitter @tombroback and we can figure out a plan for you.

Anthony shares his experiences as both a standout track athlete and successful football, basketball and track and field coach. We get into the nitty gritty of what it takes to be special and how you can still be a good teammate even when you need to take care of yourself individual. You will not believe the crazy technique Anthony used for his long jump mark in high school.
