Während wir schlafen, ist unser Körper mal aktiver, mal gelähmt, mal wachen wir sehr schnell auf, mal schlafen wir tief und fest. Die verschiedenen Schlafstadien haben unterschiedliche Funktionen - und sie sorgen dafür, dass wir fit und erholt aufwachen.
