In this episode I talk about my idea of a perfect Home Retreat. Some may call it a day off, a day mooching about, pottering, quite day etc. However, my theory is that by calling it a "retreat" it allows us to really embrace a day of self care, compassion and topping-up our batteries that we so often don't allow ourselves.
