Somebody recently asked me this question… “What do I do when I'm the one sabotaging my own health?


I love this question because it’s genuine and raw! Nine times out of ten we are our own biggest roadblocks when it comes to our health… we’re the ones holding ourselves back!


If you’re nodding along because you feel exactly the same, like you’ve been standing in your own way and blocking your own health, I have some good news for you:


When you realize and acknowledge this situation, that’s when things change. Because you can actually do something about it and it doesn’t have to stay that way.


So I wanted to record this episode today because I know so many of us struggle with this feeling, but I also know exactly what you need to do if you want to turn things around and I give you five things to look at and address.
