Embrace these five additional important points to improve your mental well-being:
- Your life is happening right now - stay focused and present in the moment!
- Not being productive is NOT the same as being lazy. Our bodies need rest…
- If you’re alive, it’s not never too late to (fill in the blank) .
- Your mental health diagnosis - or any kind of “diagnosis - does not define you. You are so much more than any label that has been given to you.
- The only person you can change is yourself.
Happiness is a practice. It’s something that’s not going to be stable or at the same level all the time… Find those activities that bring joy and then add them to your life.
