Hello and welcome back everybody! This episode with Samina is incredible! I so wish I had Samina as a resource after my own IBS diagnosis because, I promise you, it would have changed almost a decade of my life! With that being said, Samina is incredibly knowledgeable about how intuitive eating can actually help with IBS symptom reduction. Samina Qureshi RDN, LD is the founder and Registered Dietitian at Wholesome Start, LLC, a virtual nutrition practice in Houston, Texas, and coaches clients across the United States. She specializes in helping people who struggle with chronic dieting, binge eating, and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) find relief and nourish their bodies without rigid diets, stress, guilt, or shame.

Her wellness philosophy is derived from the principles of Intuitive Eating and the Health At Every Size® framework. She encourages her clients to care for their health in a way that best honors their lifestyle, unique needs, and cultural traditions and respects body diversity. Through nutrition coaching, her clients are able to heal their relationship with food and body image and address the root cause of their digestive distress. When she’s not working with clients, Samina enjoys going on walks with her dog and daughter and exploring new restaurants in town with her husband.
