My guest today on the Your Dream or Mine podcast is the amazing Ruth Ramsay, who is an adult educator and coach.
From a dream as a young girl of being a stripper, Ruth is now helping clients the world over to understand who they are sexually, how their bodies and minds work, what they need and desire, and how to communicate that in the best way. Her mission is to normalise shame-free conversation around sex, and for sexual energy to be recognised as a force for good.
Whilst we don't talk overtly about sex, there are sexual references so please be mindful of this if you are listening to the podcast anywhere near under 18s.
