Well, I am going to chat with a Keto fanatic and fellow podcaster and host of the Kido camp podcast, Ben Azadi keto campus with a K on the camp. Ben has had many of the top health influencers on his own show and shares an incredible amount of knowledge on his Instagram account. Now a little bit of background on Ben in 2008. He went through a personal health transformation, which we'll talk about in the show and he actually lost over 80 pounds of pure fat. Ever since then, Ben has been on a mission to help 1 billion people live a healthier lifestyle. He is the author of four best selling books, keto flex, the perfect health booklet, the intermittent fasting cheating sheet and the power of sleep. Ben has been the go to source for intermittent fasting and the ketogenic diet and that's why I'm so excited to have him on the show. He is known as the health detective because he investigates dysfunction he educates not medicate and to bring the body back to normal function. He is the founder of keto camp. As I mentioned, it is a global brand, bringing awareness to ancient healing strategies such as the keto diet and fasting.
