Warming around the fireside today, Kate chats with Laura Martin, and she explains how she overcame bulimia, anorexia, IBS, anxiety, hormonal imbalances and skin issues and then went on to become a Certified IBS Nutrition Consultant and founder of Healing to Happy – an online holistic, gut-brain-focused company that helps women suffering from IBS and Anxiety to get back to eating normally without food fear.
