She has taught around the world from Hollywood to Bollywood and is an author who has written two books about the benefits of yoga which are available as eBooks on Amazon. SIX AM IN LA chronicles her journey from healing a ski injury to training as a yoga teacher in Los Angeles. In 2019 she taught for the Kirov Academy of Ballet in Washington, DC and embarked on a global adventure teaching in Thailand, India and returning to Virginia to teach in Key West and for private studios in Alexandria, Virginia. She is working on a third book “pink Flamingo - Healing w Bikram Yoga” due out in March 2025.
