What narratives will the political caste employ to impose “martial governance” upon We The People?
How do these justifications square with legitimate legal principles and constitutional order?
How will rogue public officers label “the good people” that rightfully resist official corruption and criminality?
Can you imagine citizens being treated like belligerents under international laws of war with complete disregard for civil rights?
Do you see signs of a police-state being formed now?
What remedies could free people resort to in the face of tyranny?

Remember, We The People are “the government” and not just those holding public office. We The People have the right and duty to alter or abolish any government that is destructive of the ends for which it was formed. Martial governance under international laws of war is incompatible with the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution. The two cannot coexist.
Therefore, those seeking to impose “martial governance” are doing so not as government officials exercising constitutional delegated authority, but as criminals and tyrants.
Yet there is a constitutional remedy for reasserting constitutional order in the face of tyranny if only We The People would exercise the necessary disciplines.
