This meditation aims to regulate your nervous system and to help to dissipate the feelings and reactions to anxiety, allowing a pathway to a clearer and more peaceful presence of mind and body with renewed clarity and calm.

Yoga Nidra provides the tools for maintaining a sense of well-being and peacefulness, allowing the fluctuations of the mind to slow and return to a state of homeostasis.
Drift into a conscious, deep sleep state through Elke's guidance. Move through a systematic sequence of soothing and relaxing techniques that increase your awareness and deepen your relaxation.

Throughout the practice, you’re providing extra comfort and relaxation throughout the physical body allowing your brainwaves to regulate into a resting, calm, peaceful state that has been shown to help with insomnia, stress, grief, depression, anxiety, and symptoms from PTSD. No prior experience is necessary.
