After struggling with disordered eating and body image issues for years, she discovered the power of breathwork, which led her to start her own journey of healing. Since then she has founded two companies, Pause Breathwork and Hungry for Happiness in hopes to help others overcome their own pain and struggles. Her mission is to reduce human suffering by increasing human consciousness through the power of breathwork, one human at a time.
