Shantel and I first connected on Linkedin, where I was drawn to her authenticity and openness about her journey with self-doubt AND how she balances motherhood with her career.
In this episode, Shantel and I chat about the “image” of balancing it all, how SHE deals with self-doubt as she takes flight, and how her journaling habit fits in to all of it.
I asked Shantel to be on the show because her journey is an inspiration of what it looks like to truly walk to the end of the branch and fly.
