You want to move to the next level in your business or in life, but something keeps getting in the way.
Have you ever stopped to consider that something could be YOU, First name?
Often, we don't even realize that WE are the ones that are making our growth difficult when we allow certain behaviors, habits, or thoughts to continue unchecked.

This is called self-sabotage and it's something that we all unconsciously do.
