In this episode of the Muscle Monsters Podcast, we go over what is, in my opinion, the best weight gain strategy for skinny beginners: The Ballpark Method. A strategy that simplifies the nutrition aspect of your bodybuilding journey so you can focus on what counts: fucking shit up in the gym!

Note: This diet strategy is extremely effective and will produce serious growth; however, I do not recommend this approach for anyone who is an experienced lifter and/or has surpassed novice status. The Ballpark Method is for naturally skinny guys who are within their first year of training.
