We all have individual super powers that are tied to our unique strengths and it is our responsibility to discover, develop, and deploy them. However, there are also superpowers available to anyone who chooses to use them. Far from being shiny objects, these super powers are hiding in plain sight if you will take the time to learn to use them skillfully.
One such superpower is perspective. Perspective is something that everyone has and they are informed by our experiences, knowledge, beliefs, and emotions. They happen by default and can be the greatest empowerment or limiter in our thinking.
